Dr. Lorene M. Petta, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist, neurofeedback provider, and peak performance consultant with over 25 years of experience in mental health and performance psychology. As the founder of the

Arizona Center for Neurofeedback, she specializes in evidence-based treatments for PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and peak performance training for athletes, military personnel, and high performers.


With extensive experience in military psychology, Dr. Petta has worked with the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) for over a decade, providing mental resilience training and cutting-edge neurofeedback and biofeedback techniques to optimize physical, cognitive and emotional well-being. She has also served as a senior performance consultant for Special Forces units, helping elite military personnel develop mental skills for high-stress environments.


Dr. Petta holds multiple board certifications in QEEG, Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, and Sport Psychology, making her a leader in mind-body performance training. Her research and publications focus on innovative treatments for PTSD and performance enhancement, including the effectiveness of Biofeedback and the Stellate Ganglion Block for combat veterans.

He has been the clinic manager for us for over 3 years.

Driven by a passion for enhancing customer service and making a significant impact on people’s lives holistically, he has dedicated himself to improving the quality and efficiency of clinic operations.

Justine Jagga - Performance Coach

Justine Jagga is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC) and doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Arizona State University. She holds two master’s degrees in Sport and Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, with extensive experience working in clinical settings as well as with club, high school, and collegiate athletes in both individual and team environments.


As a former Division 1 athlete, Justine understands the pressures of competition and the importance of mental skills training. Her expertise includes confidence building, focus, goal setting, and resilience strategies that help athletes and performers succeed in both sports and life.


She has experiences providing trauma-informed care in community mental health settings, working in private practices and is currently completing her final doctoral field placement at ASU Counseling Services where she is providing mental health and clinical services to college students. Additionally, she helps with conducting neurofeedback, biofeedback, performance coaching and therapy services here at the Arizona Center for Neurofeedback.

Justine’s approach is holistic, integrative and empowering, where she strives to help individuals develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best while cultivating personal growth and well-being.

Jake Land – Performance Coach

Jake Land is a Sports Psychology graduate student at Arizona State University with a passion for mental conditioning and performance optimization. As a former three-year baseball team captain at Lawrence University, he brings firsthand experience in leadership, coaching, and competitive athletics to his work.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies, specializing in cognitive and developmental psychology, performance strategies, and athlete mental health.

He has worked as a Life Skills Behavior Specialist at Bridgeway Academy, designing individualized programs for children with autism, and as a 16U Showcase Team Coach for Diamond Boys Baseball, focusing on player development and mental performance training.

His approach blends scientific research with real-world experience, helping athletes strengthen the mind-body connection, build confidence, and enhance focus under pressure.
